Visit Website
The Ankara Mediators Association is a professional body that brings mediators together, supports professional solidarity and development, and works to make mediation more widely used. With the new site, the association's membership, dues and training processes moved online.
About the project
The goal was a site that is more than a notice board: membership applications, dues tracking and training registration happen directly on the site. The home page opens with a showcase of the association's news and events in large images, followed by its online services at a glance, from membership applications to fee calculation. Navy and purple tones, together with the association's redrawn scales emblem, give it a trustworthy institutional look.
What we built
- Online membership applications: A four-step form (identity, contact, professional details, confirmation); applicants receive a tracking number.
- Status checks: Members and applicants see their application, membership and dues status using their national ID number, mobile phone and a one-time verification code.
- Training: A training calendar with online registration; active members are recognised automatically for discounted fees, and full courses keep a waiting list.
- Calculators: Mediation fees under the current minimum fee schedule for agreement, non-agreement and serial disputes; gross, withholding, net and VAT amounts for the receipt issued to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
- Member directory and dues: Active members searchable by name, city and specialism (only those who opted in); current dues and bank details on their own page.
- Institutional pages: About, the president's message, a searchable statute with section and article headings, membership requirements, a corporate identity page with downloadable logo files, and a data protection notice.
- News and events: An archive filterable by news, announcements and events.
Mobile experience
The calculators, the multi-step application form and the news showcase were laid out for comfortable one-handed use, with dispute types and form steps chosen via touch-friendly buttons.
