A five-language mobile app that brings ihale.tv videos, legislation announcements and a personal library to your phone.

The ihale.tv mobile app brings videos on public procurement and the latest legislation updates to your phone, combining video viewing, topic-based discovery and an account-linked library in one clean interface.
What's in the app?
- Discover: A featured video plus video, topic and interface language counts.
- Videos: Search across videos, topics and programmes; filter by category and topic.
- Video details: Summary, duration, publication date and language on one screen. The player opens only when tapped; no request reaches the video provider before that.
- Announcements: Public procurement legislation updates, with notification support.
- My library: Programmes assigned to your account, resume where you left off and jump between chapters.
- Five languages: Türkçe, English, Deutsch, Italiano and Français, with FAQs and legal information in the app.
Design
The app uses ihale.tv's deep navy background, red accent and four-colour brand stripe. Four tabs (Discover, Videos, My Library, Account) and generous touch targets make it quick to move between videos.
