ihale.tv

ihale.tv is a knowledge platform that explains public procurement in short, sourced, easy-to-follow videos. Operated by Kılıç Kurumsal Danışmanlık A.Ş., it combines free introductory videos with paid Premium programmes.

About the project

The platform serves two audiences: people preparing for their first tender who need answers fast, and organisations that want regular training for their teams. The home page separates these two paths in the first screen: "Free Videos" and "Premium Programmes". A deep navy background, a red accent and the brand's four-colour stripe carry its broadcast identity.

What we built

• Topic routes: The procurement process is turned into a six-step route: preparation, bidding, contract, delivery and acceptance, payment and disputes. Visitors start from the step they are at.
• Video pages: Each video shows its duration, publication date, language, last update and the date of the last legislation check, with the next video suggested on the page.
• Privacy-first player: The video player loads only when the visitor clicks; no request is sent to the video provider before that.
• Premium and corporate access: Paid programmes, team licences and invoicing, plus library, orders and invoices screens for members.
• Foreign companies: A dedicated programme and roadmap for foreign suppliers who want to bid in Turkish public tenders.
• Search, announcements and five languages: Search across videos, topics and programmes; legislation announcements; Turkish, English, German, Italian and French interface.

Mobile experience

Videos, topic routes and the player run full width on phones, with video details listed as cards below the player. The platform also has a mobile app: ihale.tv mobile app.
