Mobile App
Kılıç Akademi Mobile App
A mobile app that puts Kılıç Akademi publications in your pocket: book and journal catalogue, QR-linked book changes, a digital library and light and dark themes.
Visit Website
The Kılıç Akademi mobile app brings the publisher's books, journal issues and latest publications together in one app. It focuses on the two things readers need most: finding a publication quickly and keeping their printed book up to date.
What's in the app?
- Discover: Featured publications, publication and author counts, and quick access to book changes.
- Books: Search by title, author or topic; filter by type (book or journal) and category.
- Book details: Description, authors and post-print changes on one screen; add to favourites.
- Book changes: Scan the QR code in a printed book or find it by title to see corrections and updates, with the number of changes and last update date for each book.
- My library: Sign in and read digital publications inside the app.
- Account and settings: Turkish or English, system/light/dark appearance, company information and contact.
Design
The app brings Kılıç Akademi's plum and cream palette, serif headings and cover-led layout to the phone. Four tabs (Discover, Books, My Library, Account) are designed for one-handed use, and the dark theme is easy on the eyes when reading at night.
