SporDesk is a management platform we built for sports courses, academies and clubs, with nothing to install. The day-to-day running of a sports course, from registration and attendance to fees and parent communication, happens in one panel through connected modules, alongside three mobile apps for coaches, staff and parents.
About the project
At most sports courses, information is scattered across notebooks, chat groups and spreadsheets. In SporDesk every step prepares the data for the next: a parent scans the QR code at the branch entrance and applies, the candidate is invited to a trial session and assigned to a group, the fee plan is created automatically, the coach takes attendance by QR code and the parent sees it all instantly on their phone. Nobody enters the same information twice.
What we built
- Marketing site: A seven-step walkthrough of how the platform works, a filterable module catalogue, mobile apps, plans, demo requests and organisation login.
- Admin panel: More than thirty integrated modules, including attendance, student and parent management, schedules and groups, fees and collections, accounting, staff timesheets, task tracking, and performance and progress reports.
- QR-based workflows: Online applications, photo-verified attendance and staff check-in/out run on QR codes; student ID cards and branch QR posters print directly.
- Automation: Fees are generated at the start of each term, reminders go out for upcoming and overdue payments, and collections flow into accounting in one step.
- Communication: SMS, WhatsApp and email from one place, with parent conversations kept on record.
- Digital documents and reports: On-screen signatures on parent forms with signed PDFs; ready-made reports from collections to timesheets, exportable to Excel.
- White label: Upload the organisation's logo, app icon and colour, and every screen parents see carries the organisation's own brand.
- Subscriptions: Plans by number of branches, a 14-day free trial and secure card payments via PayTR.
Mobile experience
The marketing site keeps the whole flow on phones: the module catalogue stays filterable and plans compare in a single column. The coach, staff and parent apps are live on the App Store and Google Play: SporDesk mobile apps.
