Number One Cup Pitchside App

Number One Cup Pitchside is the mobile app we built for the referees and team coaches of the Number One Cup organisation. Everything done at the pitch on match day (score, events, report, squad and line-up) runs on the phone, and results appear on the website and in live scores straight away.

For referees

• Assignments: All assigned matches with date, time and pitch in one list; the next match on the home screen.
• Match console: A live clock and scoreboard; goals, cards and substitutions in a single tap.
• Offline mode: When the connection drops, events are queued and sent once it returns.
• Match report and result confirmation: The report is written and the result confirmed at full time; standings update instantly.

For coaches

• Team screen: Squad, matches and disciplinary status, with the next match always up front.
• Squad management: Players, shirt numbers and positions; player photos and team logo.
• Match squad and line-up: Pick the starting 11, substitutes and captain; choose a formation and drag players into position.
• Sign-up and applications: Coaches can register for free in the app and apply to leagues and tournaments.

Design

A deep navy background evoking night games, stadium lights and a yellow accent carry the Number One Cup identity, with an animated trophy curtain at launch. The app comes in Turkish and English and follows the phone's light or dark theme.

The app is live on the App Store: Number One Cup Pitchside. Referees and team managers can also use the pitch-side login on the website with the same account: Number One Cup league and tournament website. The fans' app: Number One Cup Fan App.
