Kılıç Law & Consultancy
A five-language corporate website for Kılıç Law, specialists in public procurement and public contract law, with built-in search across practice areas, board and court decisions, articles and a glossary.
Visit Website
Kılıç Law & Consultancy advises on public procurement and public contracts. Most visitors are companies and public authorities in the middle of a tender or contract, looking for an answer to a specific question. So we built the site as a searchable knowledge resource rather than a brochure.
About the project
The home page opens with the message "a legal roadmap for public procurement and contract processes", with site search right in the first screen: visitors type a decision, concept, law, article or question and go straight to the relevant content. A palette of deep green, cream and gold with serif headings carries the firm's established, trustworthy identity.
What we built
- Practice areas: Nine practice areas, from tender disputes and debarment defence to bid rigging and financial disputes, each with its own pages.
- Application and litigation: Step-by-step guides to applying to the contracting authority, to the Public Procurement Authority and to court.
- Decision archives: Public Procurement Board and court decisions, searchable by keyword, content and category; variations in how decision numbers are typed do not affect results.
- Knowledge content: Articles, announcements, a procurement glossary, FAQs, training videos and publications in one place.
- Five languages: Turkish, English, German, Italian and French interface.
- Privacy and accessibility: External content such as maps and videos loads only with the visitor's consent; accessibility and data protection pages are part of the site.

Mobile experience
Search, filters and long decision texts were reworked to be comfortable on a phone, with a menu designed for one-handed use.

Part of the Kılıç ecosystem
Kılıç Law shares an ecosystem with the consultancy Kılıç Kurumsal, the video learning platform ihale.tv and the publisher Kılıç Akademi. We designed all four sites in a shared language while keeping each brand's own identity.
