Kılıç Kurumsal Consultancy

Kılıç Kurumsal Danışmanlık A.Ş. provides consultancy, training and process support to bidders, contractors and public authorities. The goal of the new site was simple: let visitors answer "which service do I need?" in a few clicks and send a request straight away.

About the project

Built on navy and gold, the design puts the message "a corporate solution centre for public procurement and contract management" up front. The first screen shows six themes at a glance: planning and strategy, contract and implementation, risk and compliance, reporting and monitoring, training and competence, digitalisation and process design.

What we built

• Service pages: Eight services, from tender and contract management and expert opinions to NATO and defence procurement consultancy and abnormally low tender explanations, each with its scope, work stages and deliverables on its own page.
• Process-based expertise: The procurement process is split into stages, from pre-tender planning to progress payments and price adjustment, so visitors can start from where they are.
• "What does this page offer?" summaries: Every section opens with a short summary of its purpose and a list of its contents.
• Knowledge resources: A "which resource should I use?" guide routes visitors to video explainers, books or legal content depending on their need.
• Request forms: Separate forms for corporate service and training requests, with a "Create a request" button in the header on every page.
• Corporate pages: Team, value approach, ethics and compliance, brand ecosystem, company details and an accessibility statement.

Mobile experience

Service and expertise lists collapse into a single column on phones, while section contents and the request button stay within easy reach.
